RE: Tim Smith according to the Skysports match report on line "HE WAS UNAVAILABLE" Read into that what you like. Jason Walton I spoke to him at the game at Bradford he said he was about 6weeks away from restarting training so I guess he could be back in the team in june.

Think Walton is about 2 weeks away and Johnson will be back in 4-5 weeks.

Couldn't agree more, the website and Facebook etc are a joke.

They have over 10,000 followers and they go for days and days without any updates (unless of course we win on a rare occasion). They should be interacting with fans and thinking of inventive ways to do this to keep everyone interested and on board. Surely they should have someone who is dedicated to updating things online? Even Altrincham FC (who I also go and watch) update more with better looking videos, interviews etc and they are an amateur club!

I think the criticism is being overdone.
Yes it could be better and updated more often.
The reference to the Clubs Catalan trip is still on and I guess it's a 2 minute job to delete it.
The site exists and improvement would be welcomed but ,make no mistake, websites and brochures don't add a single person to the gate.
What's being said is that we want the Club to use the website to keep us entertained and informed.
I think they do a decent job using social media.
Give them a break !

You're correct in what you say with regards to bringing in fans. Probably.

However, it's one of the least intensive and cheapest activities the Club can do. Yes, it is there primarily for existing fans, however in this day and age any marketing done elsewhere to bring in new fans, and this will be their first port of call to check things out. Making it easy, fun, factual, with easy online options, plenty of vids/interviews/behind the scenes to grab peoples attention. They can't even get this easy part right. Imagine you're trying to convince someone to come down and check a game out. Odds are they will check out a website first to see if it's worth their time. Old articles, poor vids, poor updating, and amateur layout are the norm. It's so easy yet they can't switch on to this at all.

There he goes again, Bonita Red. Not content with being an apologist for The R F L,he now feels he must defend the club management. If we have a website,keep it up to date,or get rid of it.

Delete reference to the Catalans trip and the site is pretty much up to date.
David Clegg is contributing regularly and the crowd trouble is referred to.

On Injuries,it's too bad that Smith is unavailable and if it is related to his health the club is right not to comment.
Shame for Theo. He's going to be bounced with his playing style but I hope and expect that he'll come through

If Smith has health issues then maybe the Good Doctor could give him a prescription.
