There's usually someone there from 10am to 10pm. If there's nobody at the ticket office window you can buy from reception.

I've read on another thread that you can buy online and print your own e tickets.
This may be a stupid question but can you use these e tickets for entry at the turnstile or do you have to still get the e tickets exchanged for real tickets at the ticket office before the match?

Can anyone advise me as I have emailed the your box office and sent a further email to a staff member to find out how I exchange the RFLP offer tickets from the World Cup, does anyone know if I can exchange them on the day? It's a couple of days since I sent the emails and was expecting a response by now thanks.

You can phone the stadium purchase tickets and they will email you the e-ticket which you print and can then use at the turnstile.

got my tickets online yesterday and looking at the seating plan there doesn't appear to be many tickets left. could it actually be a sell out. here's hoping
