| Seems everyone has had to be re-issued with a card due to the problems at the first game. I'm amazed that Ticketline's system can't just be amended without having to go through all of this.
Still, if it means the problems do get solved then I guess it's all good in the long run. Although it'll be interesting on Friday if some people haven't received the new card. It doesn't seem to have been widely reported anywhere - been a couple of mentions of it on the Facebook page, but only when someone's enquired.

| My Dad, my lad and me picked our seats and bought and paid for 5 year season tickets back way way back when. When the tickets first came through my young lad had been moved onto a seperate row on his own and him and my dad hadn't been upgraded to premier plus as promised. Now the second lot have come through I thought it'd all be sorted but now theirs haven't changed but my ticket has changed to an under 5 season ticket! Another trip to the club shop for me! A novel way of getting people into the shop I guess!

| We had a full set come through yesterday all that is except my dads for some reason (he's not best pleased). We got in no problems at the Castleford game so these new bleeders best work.

| When I received mine yesterday I was concerned at the postal costs to the club.
They are certainly doing it tough to attempt to keep the supporters happy during these teething troubles.

What a joke. How a supposedly professional organisation allows such shoddy service to permeate the whole club is beyond me. The limited finances and fanbase we have mean it is essential the club strives to offer great service to everyone they come into contact with yet time and time again they fall to meet even the minimum standard. The argument that Salford's shoddy administration is down to limited finances is a fallacy. Basic customer service costs nothing and is immeasurable in the good will it can generate and yet Salford cannot even manage that.

| Of the five of us who go two of us got our origional tickets before the first game (well one of us got his twice for some reason) the other three despite paying for thier tickets before the season started only got thiers yesterday and the last one still hasn't landed so another trip to the shop to sort it before the game on Friday.

The club had all the information about selected seats for season tickets on a large chart with each seat mark off as it was sold so they were ready for the new stadium, then along comes ticketline who are given a copy of this chart and they then choose to ignore it and just issue willey nilley, so how is this the fault of the club?
What is needed is a computer system that knows who is where in the stadium and a ticketing system that can't override this as it appears to do now.

| One is a well respected ticketing agency who successfully sell tickets for all major gigs at the top venues in the UK without any problems. The other is a rugby league club whose idea of seat reservations is to mark off any seats sold on a large scale drawing of the stadium with a yellow marker pen. I'm sure the forum can decide who may have been responsible for any ticketing problems.

| Even if we accept Pev's completely unrealistic version of events what about the fans who have contacted the club on several occasions to inform them about seating errors only to get no resolution or in some cases see the problem exacerbated? Is that Ticketline again who are at fault?
No wonder we haven't got any fans.

no but it is, I was only relaying what I was told, as for ticketline, is this the same company who at the first match against leigh took 4 people to sort out two tickets printed at home that wouldn't scan because nobody had any idea what they were doing and whether they could issue replacements or make you pay again blah blah blah.
