I agree with the principle of your point. But we have seen plenty of Aussies come over here as so called super stars and fail. Likewise we have had some unknowns who have turned out to be a great gamble. |

Maybe so but considering the thread was about a player who has signed for Cas and people seem to be getting in the 'waste of time, he's rubbish, should bring through own players' line. In this context, it's rubbish - we were paper-thin in the backline, there were no centres available at the right price and this kid is playing for his own future. It's no massive gamble and he's still young to fit in with our ethos of building a squad for the future and long-term. |
