| Sorry if this has already been done, but who are your clubs young players to look out for this season?
At Bradford it is :
Whitehead (Second Row - although seen as he played in all but 1 last year i'm not sure if he counts)
Southernwood (Halfback)
Addy (Loose)
Finigan (Wing/Fullback)
I know there are some very exciting talents emerging so I am interested to hear everybodys.
From an England pov, I am excited to see how Liam Farrell continues to develop as he looks like one who will break onto the international scene over the nextr few years.

| At Hull FC Chris Green (Forward) has been getting some great reviews. I reckon that if we get a few injuries in the back row he could be in with a shot of getting some gametime.

| Liam Farrell is a great shout. Had a fantastic debut season.
A young halfback called Joe Mellor whose from Wigan, but is on loan at Harlequins could have a decent impact this year.

| Erm... I don't think we've got any more decent young players due to break through this season, but I stand to be corrected.
We do have a mysterious name on the squad list though. Player called Wheeler. I've never heard of him so he must be new.

Hopefully we'll see more of Charnley too after his stint at HKR.

I reckon Nathan Ashe may surprise a few this year, also Lee gaskell i know he played a few last year but he may get a decent run this year.

| Grant Gore (1icon_cool.gif, Jack Owens (17), gilmore(16) and Alex Brown all look very very promising for Widnes. You can already tell they have huge amounts of talent and as long as we don't rush them straight in, they will make it far.

| Kyle Wood at the Giants should get a few games.
There are several others who depending on injuries are ;likely to be give a chance.
Greg Johnson who is on loan to Batley will be a big star in the Championship and could well become a starting player for us later in the season.

| Nice to see a thread like this instead of the usual obsession with overseas imports, my young player to look out for is 17yo Wigan fullback Matthew Russell.
He probably won't get a game this SL season but he is one of the most exciting youngsters i have seen in many years.

| If we get injuries then I'd be looking out for a kid called Mikey Bishay, promising young halfback. Will also be looking to see how Olsi Krasniqi kicks on, was chucked in a few times last season and didn't look fazed.

| Reckon at Hull we'll be seeing a lot of Reece Lyne, Jack Briscoe, Liam Kent, Liam Cunningham and Danny Nicklas this year as we have such a thin squad that we'll be forced to play some of these guys week in week out.

| At Salford we've got a young hooker called Gareth Owen and Marc Sneyd who plays stand-off/scrum-half. Both played at the end of last season when key players got injured, but we should see more of them this year.

Gutted.
Lee Williams looks set to be promoted to the full time squad in the mean time.

| I'm keen to see how prop Adam Neal progresses this season, he came on loan from Warrington last season and looked like an excellent prospect in the 6 games he played last season. I think he's got a great chance of playing plenty of rugby this season.

| At cas
arundel (centre)-played towards the end of last season and looked very good has done well in friendlies too looked very dangerous, should be a starter this year and will score plenty of tries.
thompson (utility)-another that played last season, looks good at centre, wing, fullback. got good reports in the england academy series against the aussies. main problem seems to be he is to versatile so doesnt get to play any one position for too long. likely to get plenty of game time agian.
walker(prop)- big lad who likes big hits, should play plenty, looked very good last year in the games he played.
Milner(hooker)- Captained the england academy side to victory over australia, will be our interchange hooker this season, for me the best of our young players, another player with sl experiance.
Another to watch out for is daz clarke, would probably already have played if it werent for milner being so good, very good footwork and pace for a hooker, big future ahead of him.

You'd best be hoping you don't.. Heaven forbid he's got even bigger and looks even better! Frightening size given his tender years.
Agree with the first post re: Bradford. Addy's excited me for a long while and hopefully he can manage to get into the 17 on a regular basis.

I have to wonder how critical to his entire RL career a season long injury at his age will be.
