Also, just take a quick look at Quins line up and how many senior players were missing. Pretty much an academy team put out....but still, gotta give Warrington credit, you can only beat what is put in front of you. Still, doubt a Wolves GF appearance is likely!

Amazing how touchy some people get when we get a bit of positive attention. Some are obviously still gutted we won a trophy last year.............

For what its worth, we did play some pretty good rugby yesterday but Quins were woeful and caused fewer problems for us than Leigh in pre-season. As a barometer of how our season will pan out, it means nothing. We are 2 points above Quins in the table, thats all. No-one at Warington is getting carried away.

Our results will do the talking. Not making any predictions but I think we will surprise one or two with the matches we win(and probably the matches we lose).

Warringtons season will depend how the team reacts to a defeat the following week (especially after defeat at Knowsley Road) We always struggle to get over the close defeats by St Helens and then continue in a downward spiral. Hopefully TS can change this
