I agree with Watts, I think he's quality, but you must have seen something in Cockayne I haven't.

He is competent in several positions, an ideal squad player, but you could not say he would be number one choice in a given position. He gives 110% every game, even when all the other give up like at Leeds and at home to Wire and he clearly has a rapport with the fans. I think he would be a good addtion to most teams (barring the top 4 clubs) as a squad player.

For me, he can go where he likes, so long as he is not dragging our name through the gutters once again.

Chuffed to see Hock back yes, theres no problems with that. Hes done his time for it.

Cockayne on the other hand.. well how many warnings/suspended sentences/bailings does he want? and to top it off he challenges Ryan Bailey for Sh!thouse of the year award.

We should have booted him after his assault charge imo but then again clubs sign players for what they do on the field not off it. You'd wipe out 20+ players in SL if we took the high moral ground and booted every player out of the game who was a n0b head!

I'm not defending him here btw but actually how long did it take for your club to rid players with off field problems, players such as King, Raynor and even Cooke?

I mentioned off-field problems that where well known about, not comparing them to Cockayne. Like I said, how long did it take to get rid?

Plus the signing of Reardon, just shows even if you off-load these players with problems, some other club will snap them up.
