| After a tough test against Wigan, we now face another difficult match at the Halliwell Jones Stadium this Sunday. It's been a while since we beat Warrington, but we have the best chance we have had for years. We only sit 1 point behind them in the table, and we have almost a fully fit squad. We'll have BK, Kear, Diskin and Scruton to come back into the team.
I'm really looking forward to the match and let's hope for the two points!

| Quote However, a scan has revealed a small tear in his calf and Warrington coach Tony Smith said Briers will not be fit for Sunday's home game against Bradford Bulls.'"
This will help our chances of a win.

| Looking forward to this game, however part of me has a horrible feeling that Warrington are going to have a big performance soon and some team is going to pay. Just hope it's not us a we put in a big performance!
Briers not playing is a big help.

| Warrington did thrash Hudds not to long ago 28-2 so we may have seem the big performance.
May be mistaken but arent they missing Carvell and Morley aswell as Briers?

| Well any I'm happy to take any advantage. Hopefully we can take some points over the next few weeks. It'd be a shame if we let the good work from the first 3rd of the season fall off like Huddersfield do.

| 4 pts from 4 games is do able surely, would have taken 4pts from 5 before we played wigan, we maybe able to surprise leeds again.
Dont think they thought we would fight back like we did earlier in the season.

| Agree with that, though Wire will definitely be hard to beat, at home especially. I think we're playing well enough to be in with a chance anywhere though and, maybe it's down to how the opposition play, but if they're not fully on their game we have every chance.
As for Leeds, they're probably the most inconsistent of the current 'big' sides and I'd say our draw at Headingley will have given them a warning but you just never know!

Morley and Briers both still out injured, Carvell should be in the team though.
Really think you'll give us a match on sunday, hoping you bring a few supporters as well could be a really good match.

| Briers has been out pretty much all season hasn't he? Wire seem to coping fine without him so don't think that's a major factor tbh.

| Actually Warrington haven't been as consistently dominating this year as in recent seasons so we may have a glimmer of hope.

| That's true enough, but Wire are a good side and will only get better as the grounds dry out a bit and the business end of the season arrives.
That said, we're playing 'top of the ground' stuff too, and the drier tracks of summer will suit us down to the ground.

You could ascribe that to a lot of their best players being the wrong side of 30. In fact, their squad's average age is round the 29 year mark. But I don't think age is as huge a factor in the modern game as it would have been 10 years ago what with changes in fitness sciences.
But it'd be a foolish man who doesn't think that this game won't be as hard as the Wigan game, with or without Wire's top players.
Hopefully we can start like we did at Huddersfield rather than our games against Saints and Wigan.

Possibly but professional clubs shouldn't be thinking that way.

| We seem to start better in our away games, dont know if this is down to the ref, we had roby for the sts and wigan games and we didnt really get out of the blocks.
Whereas we started quickly against Hudds and went on to win, with alibert i think it was.

| would imagine thats probably how we'll line up. only possible change might be donaldson instead of addy if we want a more defensive lineup. Hopefully we'll go the attacking route and try and outscore them.

Good read and nice to see FC getting the recognition he deserves for our style of play this season.

| Franny has prepared Bulls sides to win this year with players who are prepared to work to win.
Our defensive cohesive is improving but will be tested against the Wire tomorrow.
Warrington need to be in the top form, which they can produce, to win.
