I'd swap Crookes over and put Pryce outside Lulia. Platt plus Ainy or Pryce defending on the right has disaster written all over it.

this is becoming a joke now! i know all teams have injuries but WTF 5 weeks into the season and we almost have a full team of injured players? i honestly think we have a team capable of competing this season and causing a few shocks along the way, but now its looking like a write off 5 weeks in feel sorry for potter tbh what chance has he got

Pryce outside Lulia sounds fine to me, I've been saying all along that if we had a big mean centre that can defend out wide, which I think the early signs are that Lulia can, and if Pryce thus just has to be a big blocker on the wing, defence at that side could work well enough. I'v ealso been saying that if Lulia is a proper centre that can make a space and give a winger a decent pass, then Pryce will score a hatful of tries outside him as one thing he can do is finish.

But of course one or both of them will shortly receive a 2 or 3 month injury so I suppose it's academic

HOWEVER, and while it may make a severe dent in our season's prospects, the way i see such a crisis is
(a) a great chance for Potter to show his coaching and inspirational qualities;
(b) every injury is someone's opportunity

While the injuries may mean we lose more games, to be honest if we could play like we did against Warrington then I wouldn't mind at all.

This is unreal. Practically a whole team injured. We will be lucky to get a team out soon.

Who knows. Injuries can be down to all sorts of reasons. Hard to say without doing a proper analysis. It's been particularly bad this year.

What a horrendous start to the week it's been.

1st we learn that Kopczak is out.

Then we find out that Kear is out, with Sammut possibly out with reoccurring hamstring.

Then we are delt a further blow with appointment of Steve Ganson and Richard Silverwood as the officials for Saturdays game.

How do you condition a scaphoid? Drink lots of milk?

Straight swop...Ainy in for Kear...we just cant go on like this, i know we cant blame conditioning on broken bones but we can question defensive technique ? IIRC wasnt it defensive technique that Matty Elliott worked on when he first came over to the Bulls...maybe its that what we need to address..

Normally a scaphoid injury occurs when you fall on it. It is not really a "tackling" sort of injury.
