I've heard a rumour is we've signed another one of your old boys, Carl Jennings as our head conditioner.
Just wondered if any of you guys come give us some insight as to what he'll bring.

He was top drawer when with us and at the cutting edge of his field. Not sure if everyone else has caught up technique wise but no doubt he will still do a good job. Look at what he did with a young Fielden, an injury prone Paul Anderson.

Thought he was with you a bit later than that but yes I see he was with you at the start of your golden era, Mathew Elliot and the like.

Oh great. FC get Jennings and we're stuck with Geoff Evans. Brill.

Hasn't he spent some time over in Australia working in the NRL? Can't see him having not kept up with the latest techniques and as mentioned our fitness over the time he was with us was superb.

The best our conditioner can come up with is strapping a sat nav to the players' backs. Progress!

Genuinely thoroughly bloody good bloke too. He used to live a few doors from me in Bradford whilst he was with the Bulls, before Matty Elliot dragged him off to Canberra.

From a pretty decent source and its all over FC rumours board now, although some were thinking it was the other Jennings.
AP has stated he's going to put money into our back room staff so this seems like another piece of the jigsaw and thanks for all your honest comments which all seem to be very positive.

An inspiring bloke to have as your head trainer. Pearson's obviously going after the best.

I often look at his website for inspiration. I have emailed him before too for advice and he was very helpful. I've never met him face to face but he seems like a great bloke who is right at the top of his chosen field.

He is now with Canterbury Crusaders (RU) as Head Strength bod. A simple Google search will seemingly clarify.

Evans was really good for us in 04, one of the main reason we got to the play offs. We would steam roll teams in the second half.

As has been said, would be an excellent aquisition for any team, unfortunately that team seems to be the Canterbury Crusaders, unless something has changed his mind pretty quickly as that is from this year.
