Hi folks, just wondering if you can help me out with the parking at your ground, I know there's a gym/sports centre thing over the road but ive had a few problems getting off there in the past so is the anywhere else to park within about 5 mins walk.

I have found a perfect place to park within 200 yards of the ground. And I'm not telling anyone!

I'm told that if, instead of driving along the M606 you take the road that runs alongside it, there are parking places and easy access back to the M62.

When you come up the slip road from the M606 take the third exit off the roundabout then the first left after the filling station. That street has plenty of parking if you get there early.

You just HAD to go tell them about the road I park on, didn't you?

There is a housing estate very near the ground, there always seems to be plenty of space, not sure if the residents will like me advising you to park there though

No, erm, that's no parking, erm, ever since, erm.....

Well, let's just say you can't park there any more and everyone believe me, ok?

Oh come on be fair, Bullseye. You can park just about bloody anywhere round Odsal `if you get there early enough`.

I found a great parking spot early in Feb. I left my car there and will not be picking it up until the end of the season.

To be honest I usually walk but when I need to get home earlier I arrive about 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 45 mins before kick off and park on Halifax road. About 5 mins walk from the ground. I must admit it was better when we had the academy game before the main match.

For easy peasy exit to the M62: then Cleckheaton Rd is favourite- take the A638 bradford rd from J26
Stadium Rd entrance is then exactly 2.5 miles on a straight road. so the further up you can park depends on how far to walk.

Heh we always park in a housing estate two mins away

Staithgate Lane has always done me well. Didn't do the 50 coaches too much harm in 2006 either

Only fifty? When HKR were here they brought so many coaches the last one in the queue was parked at Hessle, or so I was told
