Never heard of this kid, but then Id never heard of Mick Withers or Brett Kearney when they signed and they turned out OK.

| If hes a genuine improvement on existing squad then appears a decent signing. Says a lot that we've not just got him for this year but next year as well. He certainly seems to be well thought of down under and is type of signing we were hoping Smith would make with his knowledge of game in Oz. On paper he looks like a like for like replacement for Mullaney, although hopefully not made of biscuit 
Wonder where this leaves Clare. Seems to have gone quiet with regard to his imminent re-signing which T&A were heralding earlier in week. I'm wondering if that story was actually Clare putting public pressure on club to put an offer on table as opposed to him being on verge of signing. He's certainly one I'd like to see us retain next year. |

Why does this signing 'put the kybosh' on a scrum half signing for the club? Don't get me wrong, given that we've gone so long without being able to sign a decent one, I'm not confident either but I don't see the link between the two? |

The asking price that Leeds have stated is ridiculous. Who is going to pay that amount based off his form this season?!
The NRL clubs are notorious for being reluctant to pay a fee for a player. When Sam Tomkins left Wigan he was on top of the world and a fee was rightly paid for his services. Hardaker is a shadow of the player he was so would Leeds be best off looking for a player exchange as part of the deal?

We got £100k for Sam if I remember rightly. In fact I bet we didn't get £300k for Sam, Bateman and Whitehead combined. But that's partly to do with incompetence of our management at the time |

Happy for them as all Bulls fans will be, but what could have been without Iestyn Harrisgate and therefore a few more years as Bulls before the inevitable NRL lure. One thing's for sure: they will not be personal trainers when they retire.

Watching Sunday's game on Bulls TV just now I see what Rohan Smith meant about Kieren Moss liking to be where the ball is, he was up and around the ball carrier about 75% of the time. Hopefully with a good offload from Adam Sidlow or Steve Crossley he could get a lot of tries.
