I think JT did enough on Friday to stay 6 for the wolves game. He took the ball to the line and is also more of a threat at 6 than Burns.

Its an akward one this, the JT @ 6 has worked in part but Burns brings that competitive edge and when on form is a great attribute to the team. If we put JT @ 13 and Wilkin @ 12 we are a bit light in the back row. Probably the best thing for Turner is give him more time @ 6 and 13 to develop and improve his defence then move him back to centre as a better player.

I agree, leave JT there. We looked so much more solid against the Goons. Burns for all his effort doesn't add much.

I can agree with this. I don't think JT is the answer at SO and I didn't see anything special about his game on Friday although his tackling stats were good (like most of our players having been dominated by the goon pack). At 13 he can wander down either flank like the extra centre he is and perhaps give us additional firepower.

He's not the answer but at the moment he's asking questions of the line and offers a running game.

I think he did enough against a tough opposition to get another run out at 6. Burns brings lots of aggression but he can do that at 13, just as well, if not better than Turner can.

Said it before the Wigan game and I'll say it again. Barring injuries Burns shouldn't play again this season. JT offers the same if not more in attack but it allows us to play with a better structure in the back 3. Wilkin can share Turners role and we don't have to move him into the second row at some point during the game.

Article on the Star site; Burns has had an op on his arm, and JT will stay at 6. Reading between the lines, he doesn't sound happy at Burns at all. Maybe look to ship him out at the end of the season?
