I think Meli was just rested.

I think that was down to the fact that Burns and Dobson were out.

Initial diagnosis on Perry is a grade 3 pectoral tear. If it's as bad as first feared will require surgery and a rehabilitation period between 5 and 9 months, dependent on severity, until full functionality.

Hopefully it's not as bad as the initial look because this will end his career if it is, never good to see a player go out that way.

If he's out for so long, release him and get Dugan in!

That's no doubt the planning, calling McManus' bluff when he laughed off the suggestion on the radio yesterday.
