I like it.

I may not like Rat-Boy but the idea of the Ad is great and to be fair he's one of the most recognisable faces in the game.

Not a bad effort.

I'm not sure anyone could have done better to attract new viewers. A superb endorsement from one of our best and most popular current athletes.

Doesn,t have enough impact for me. Tomkins only looks as though he's jogging and Wiggo looks as though he's on one of sunday morning strolls.
Should have been more dynamic, increasing in Tempo with a hard hitting suprise at the end.

Watched it without sound, which may be why it didn't exactly blow me away.

Agreed it's simple yet should be extremely effective with one of the most recognisable figures in not just UK sport but world sport.



The words are kinda important to the advert mate.

I think it's excellent. The quiet backdrop with just some distant bird sounds I thought was very effective, especially with Wiggo speaking as he does. And as others have said, there really couldn't be a better endorsement for the game than one given by Wiggo. He's the man of the moment just now.

At long last, a classy, imaginative advert for rugby league. Not a hint of stereotype about it. Well done Sky.

I used to like the ones where there would be a normal scenario like someone waiting for a bus (cant remember exact details) and out of nowhere a recognised face, scully, peacock would run and smash someone.
They where great too.

They missed a trick for me. Should have had Paul Wood chasing a testicle rolling down the hill at the end.

It will be nice to have these, more understated ads along side the dramatic "rugby league of the extraordinary".

Agreed, but the extraordinary ad is one of the best ever for rl IMO

yeah i agree, was funny when the RL made such a buzz about it changed up a bit......so the changed 'play offs' to 'new season'

still messed up by only showing it in the NW waste of time and money

Yes, I liked it a lot too. I meant its good to attack the audience's senses from all angles.
