Just been through the match, and in similar to an episode of 'Seconds from Disaster' here goes

01:02 – Roby kicks downfield, Webb knocks on playing the ball, scrum to Saints 40m out.
02:10 – Set ends with a poor kick from Gaskell, allowing Delany to go 50m.
14:37 – Saints get a penalty, Gaskell throws a pass to Meli on the try line which is knocked on, 3rd tackle, although replays show Sinfield knocks it on first into Meli.
20:50 – Saints get a scrum 20 metres out from the Leeds line, Roby passes to Clough who knocks on, on the try line.
23:07 – 2-0 Peacock gives away a penalty at the play the ball, Foster converts.
25:54 – 2-2 Soliola the ball out of McGuire’s hand on the 5th Play-the-ball, Sinfield converts.
33:12 – 2-8 Burrow steps Puletua, ducks under Moore’s tackle, steps Wellens and scores, Sinfield converts.
40:00 – Saints finish the half with a scrum in Leeds’ 30, followed by a repeat set from a drop-out, Gaskell kicks in-goal for Ryan Hall to run the ball dead for Half-Time.
40:07 – Ben Jones Bishop misses the kick off, Saints get a drop out.
40:42 – Ablett concedes a penalty for Leeds in his own half, kicked into touch.
41:56 – After a sloppy pass from Lomax, Shenton kicks through to force a drop-out.
43:01 – Again a sloppy set ends with Shenton kicking through to force another drop-out.
44:23 – Gaskell kicks through to force yet another drop-out.
45:41 – Lomax kicks through, but Dixon can’t get to it without knocking on. No try. Leeds defend 32 tackles on their line.
46:38 – Wellens gets turned around by Sinfield and is tackled 5 yards out, gets up very gingerly.
46:55 – Graham knocks on, unforced error, 30metres out. Wellens tries to dive on the ball, and takes a bang from Leuluai, and is in more pain.
47:35 - Sinfield goes for a drop goal which misses, Wellens leaves the field, Makinson goes to full back, Meli outside Shenton, Wheeler in the centre.
48:52 – Peacock knocks on 20m from his line.
49:41 – 10-8 Makinson kicks through, Bentham gives a drop out, and Roby pleads with him to go to the video ref, excellent try from Makinson.
53:49 – Lomax puts up a towering bomb, which Bishop drops under pressure from Wheeler, although the replay shows Wheeler offside, Saints scrum 20m out.
54:36 – 12-8 Saints put a great move on from the scrum, which Shenton finishes.
57:09 – Gaskell kicks a 40-20.
58:09 – 14-8 Buderus gives away a penalty on the line, Foster kick the penalty
59:43 – 16-8 From the kick off Sinfield kicks it dead, Foster kicks the penalty from half way
60:49 – Saints kick deep, Bishop is returning the ball from his own 20m, Moore gives away a penalty.
61:16 – Shenton is injured and taken from the field.
62:46 – LMS and Moore offside, penalty to Leeds in their own 40m.
63:28 – 16-14 Dixon isn’t quick enough to slide out to Webb, who scores in the corner.
66:05 – James Graham is brought off, clearly not happy.
66:46 – 16-16 LMS rips the ball out on last tackle, penalty to leeds.
68:05 – Gaskell recovers the kick off for Saints but is slid into touch.
69:41 – 20-16 Burrow darts from acting half, Moore misses the tackle, and Burrow goes inside Lomax without him laying a hand on. Soliola infield after making 3 consecutive tackles. Meli takes the dummy, and Hall scores in the corner.
72:04 – Saints expecting the kick, and Leeds run it on the last from their own half. Webb breaks and forces a drop-out.
73:16 – 26-16 Lomax and Meli allow Ablett to score in the corner, Soliola was again at marker from making a tackle.
76:28 – Saints get a turnover on Leeds’ 40, Roby knocks on first tackle.
77:49 – Leeds kick downfield, forcing a scrum on Saints’ 20m, Lomax tries to offload, Lauititi picks up, but is held up over the line.
79:31 – 32-16 Gaskell tries to chip over Hardaker, who collects to go in unopposed from half way, game over

Couple of things to summarise, I though Gaskell was poor having watched it live, but he had a good go, things didn't come off for him, Lomax was non-existent, I can only hope he was injured.
We had 32 tackles on Leeds' line without scoring, not good enough for me.
Shenton's try should never have stood because Wheeler was offside from the kick.
Too many stupid penalties, LMS and Soliola ripping the ball out on the last is just about as bad as it gets for me.

I also think we're playing up the injury to Shenton too much, the fact is on Attack we were poor. Lomax and Meli should have tackled Ablett, Dixon should have tackled Webb.. Unfortunately year after year it's all shoulda, coulda, woulda..
