When i applied for mine over 2 months ago at the Saints store. They said my bank would be in touch for the debit to go through. I'm still waiting!

Yes, got the info back within a few days of filling in forms. I think you should check up as it sounds like it got lost somewhere. We're meant to be picking up the tickets this month IIRC

Thanks. Great news they'll probably say I missed the deadline etc.... Nothing seems to run smoothly when I deal with Saints.

I'll have to appoint a day when I can go into the store to be met by a bunch of miserable sods who don't smile or communicate properly. When you buy a ticket from Saints you're met with the same reaction as if you'd been caught shating in their letterbox!

Must be you, I've never had that problem at the shop in town or at the ground.

On a serious not I can assure you there as been plenty of complaints about Saints customer service skills. But let's not go into that, I just want my season ticket!

I've read numerous complaints on here about the shop staff at Saints, but I can honestly say that I've never had a problem with anyone when I've bought shirts or tickets at either shop.

So it's not just me who as the problem then?

Well I've never seen anyone else saying that they've been looked at like they've shat in their letterbox, so that may well just be you, yes.

I too have never had any problems with any of the shop staff at either of the shops. They have always been very helpful.

Young lady at KR shop very helpful when I bought my 5-year season ticket.

No complaints with the staff - but TBH the stock could be improved.

It's still standing! when we can pick them up is anyones guess!

Town centre shop now as that is where Saints have relocated 'Knowsley Road' to.

Called in shop today and asked when would we be able to pick them up, the answer was 'when we get them' and I asked when will you get them and the answer was 'they've gone off to be bar coded so you can get into Widnes ground' so looks like either just before or just after Christmas.

As long as you get them for the start of the season does it really matter?

Are we getting smart cards or something?
