Before this season and his performances for Huddersfield, did any of you expect or care if he returned to Saints. Did any of you think he would perform as well as he has this year, was he that impressive for Cas?

I cant wait to have him back at Saints.

Is he a Saints lad through and through, have heard some rumours he would have been happy to stay here with us if the clubs could have reached an agreement.

12 months ago, were were thinking Roby would step into KC's boots. Now with Scotty turning into KC with his big hits, it's Moore who's the likely lad.
Looking forward to seeing him again

I remember his debut at Wigan at 16....he was tipped as the next big thing, it's good to see he's developing that potential and looks a natural fit to be Cunningham's long term successor.

The best thing about the whole Scott Moore episode for me is that despite being tipped to be the next superstar and subsequently/consequently not being, Saints have seen his potential and persevered with him and he has worked hard at his game so now he's looking really good.

How many times does a youngster come through hailed as the next Andrew Johns etc and then when he isn't immediately international standard he disappears never to be seen again?

I was hoping he knuckled down and showed his talent. I thought at Cas he showed some good touches, but was hindered by being in a poor side and not having the experience himself to handle such pressures. This resulted him in forcing plays which menat he made errors, which in turn probably didnt impress the Cas fans.
At Hudds he was in a better quality side and it has allowed him to relax and play a bit more.

I think he has exceeded most peoples expectations this season. I thought he would be a bench player who got around 15 games under his belt, then came back to Saints as Robys understudy. As it is he has become a starting hooker, and has been one of the young players of the year.

It great to see him start to achieve his massive potential as a player.

He's done really well. He (or his freinds and family) have kept any ego in check and he has just knuckled down and turned into a great pro. Its easy to forget he is only 21 and he could be our hooker for the next decade.

Shyt at cass, and coudl never see us brigning him back. Revelation at shudds for the majority of the yea,r but hte last 7 weeks or so I have seen nothing outstanding from him... maybe he has a niggle? Or resting on his laurel and hardys? Anyways, nice to have him back, lets hope he slots in nicely and we keep our push on being in the top 2 teams in the country.

I was chatting to a Cas fan at Cardiff last season and he was desperate for Cas to sign Scott on a permanent deal.

I think it's very arrogant of us just to assume he would be happy to come back to Saints!

Why would he want to move from a team that is on the up and has won silverware to one that is clearly on the slide and will win nothing this season?

Obviously he will be at KR next season but after that who knows!

I wouldn't be surprised if he won't sign a deal and moves on!

Scott Moore as many friends at Saints. Thats the reason he wants to come back. We're also a bigger club than anyone els who might be interested in him.

And apart from revenue for the club exactly what difference does that make in real terms?

Don't get me wrong I hope he comes back and is the next KC (rather large shoes to fill though) but I'm just being cautious!

The revenue is key though, i doubt hudds get enough income to cover the salary cap, so there may be less cash availiable.
Also play at saints in a nearly full stadium or Hudds in a nearly empty one?
