I had it from a very good source that Anderson wanted Goulding at Saints but he wanted to stay in the pie dome and fight for a place, I honestly think Goulding has alot of potential and might be a very good signing for Warrington especially if Gleeson really doesnt want to be there.

shenton,wheeler, watkins, maybe atkins, yeaman and a maybe a couple of others.

I'd take Shenton,Yeaman and Atkins for starters. You can include it that Watkins at Leeds too , he looks a top prospect.

Come off it. Gleeson may not be an attractive proposition for off-field reasons, but he is a top notch centre. Some of those players have a lot of potential but they're not in Gleeson's league yet. Atkins never will be. Yeaman had one outstanding season but has nowhere near the same amount of class.

None of those are anywhere near as good as Martin Gleeson - I can't imagine what on earth makes you think they are.

I agree. Gleeson hasn't been the same since he left Saints. Sure he's a classy player but he's not been at all consistent at Warrington and they are hardly sobbing into their special brews about him leaving, they are more concerned about the dross they seem to be being offered in return.

Shenton is a great player. If he signed for us, he would fit in straight away and his reputation would sky rocket and he would IMO be picked for England.
