Corey Johnson show this. Absolute clear stand out. Impressed with the sub Brad Martin also.

Definitely most impressed with that Brad Martin, the number 17. Corey was the main star. Also impressed with the right centre, Newman.

yes but he was behind a totally dominant pack who made yards easily. I liked the right centre for cas, glynn-riley. the rest were very average

Corey or Martin? And yes I agree on the Cas centre, also impressed. The team sheet didn't have the name of the number 20 for Cas who was very good in that second half. I think it might have been Kieran Edwards though, back from injury, the lad I had hoped Leeds would get last year. He looked a monster, and would have gone well with that Leeds pack.

Like Gotcha Martin was excellent for me big rangey and pacy, Newman looked class in centre and maybe now finally Corey Johnson can stay a 9 instead of messing around alterating at 7 and 9. Got to say Tommy Holroyd (icon_cool.gif tho.....impressive.

The Leeds pack is very good, both centres very good. 10 of team were 15 so its a very young and talented batch.

BTW.....3 or 4 penalties given at scrums????? Back to 1970s for a while!!! Nearly started shouting "Feeding" at one point!!

Really enjoy watching this team if they can keep the best of them then it will be interesting to see how they gel at u19 level with the likes of Smith Whiteley Oledski Sutcliffe etc.

I think Castleford's best player at this age group is Callum McLelland, but he is currently in Australia for the next 6 weeks. He played for England Youth team this year.

Also, Cameron Smith, Mikolaj Oledski and Ryan Jones will be in Australia over the weekend and I should be able to get to all 4 of the England Academy tour games. I look forward to seeing them live.
