Yorkshire persons, I wont say good luck for Saturday as that will probably be the only thing that seperates our two 'great to watch' teams.
What I will say is.
I hope the ref doesnt have too much influence and whoever wins, will win it fairly and justly.
That the game is a good spectical and shows the best of our game in terms of respect, both in fans and players, physicality and a good bit of biff!
That we show those rah rah boys how working class lads play Rugby.
That everyone leaves knowing they support the best team sport in the world.
That these boards are not filled with bores on Sunday guffaring and gloating.

That Danny Maguire really isnt playing ! ( Sorry Danny, any other day, just not Saturday )

I can give you a cast iron 100% guarantee that Danny Maguire will play no part in the Leeds victory (or even an obviously unjust defeat) on Saturday.

Enjoy the day/weekend. But, if you need a beer, can you at least pause for 80 mins whilst the game is underway. Since my 1st final in 1977 and every one since (no matter which teams are playing), any trouble inside the ground is always due to some numpty throwing their beer either in celebration or anger.

I'll also be drinking at the weekend, but will stop whilst watching the match.

With RL being one of the only sports where you can drink in the stands, I think its safe to say I would be drinking in the stands,

I think you might have a drink problem if you can't go 80 mins without a drink or even 40mins. There's alway a chance to get a quicky at halftime. (if your getting withdrawal symptoms)

Isn't it just football where you cannot drink in the stands?

I have, and along with union, American football and baseball, all of which you can drink in the stands. Not that it matters

I don't even want to think about what that must cost at Wembley prices.

Yet again the day and image of the game and supporters is tarnished by bum ties who can't go without a drink during the match.
I hope next year the RL have sections of the ground that are "alcohol free" so that those of us who want to watch the game without getting a pint thrown over us and then watch grown men fight over who started it.
