| You're welcome and you're not wrong there.
2012 - All Comps -
With McGuire: Played 21, Won 17, Drawn 0, Lost 4, Pts Taken 81%
Without McGuire: Played 6, Won 1, Drawn 0, Lost 5, Pts Taken =#FF000017%
(The one Leeds win without McGuire during 2012 was at Headingley against the club currently propping up SL.)
__________
Quote ="G1"On reflection, don't bother. I don't care.'"
You may no longer care but as others may still be interested here are the results:
Leeds % comp points taken V Bradford/St Helens/Warrington/Wigan, 13th July 2001 to present date (All Comps) -
All instances: Played 155, Won 79, Drawn 6, Lost 70, Pts Taken 53%
With McGuire in the seventeen: Played 117, Won 65, Drawn 5, Lost 47, Pts Taken =#0000BF58%
Without McGuire: Played 38, Won 14, Drawn 1, Lost 23, Pts Taken =#0000BF38%
__________
It would still be interesting to see if there is any variation when McGuire's influence on results is compared to Leeds' other key playmakers over this successful period in the club's history.

| I think it would.
It appears the presence of McGuire improves Leeds ability to beat your chosen select group of teams so thanks to your intervention MGuire's stock has increased.
That said it could equally rise and fall in similar measure for the likes of Sinfield and Burrow over that same timescale. It may also be interesting to see Leeds' record when a combination of the three are missing if there is a large enough sample to quantify.
__________
Sinfield's next start will be the 400th of his Leeds 1st grade career. In doing so he will become the first Leeds player of the SL Era to reach the mark.

| Congrats to Ryan Hall on becoming only the 4th Leeds player to score 30 or more tries in a season four years running - almost 40 years since John Atkinson became the last man to do it.

| Nice find.
Ryan Hall has also moved into 4th on the Leeds SL Era Try-Scoring list for all comps.
1 - Danny McGuire 220
2 - Keith Senior 171
3 - Rob Burrow 149
4 - Ryan Hall 137
5 - Francis Cummins 136 (although 188 in total including pre SL)
6 - Mark Calderwood 106
(Only these six players have passed the century of tries with Leeds during the SL Era)
In terms of the SL Regular Rounds Try totals Hall has joined Cummins in equal 4th on Leeds' list.
1 - Danny McGuire 185
2 - Keith Senior 152
3 - Rob Burrow 123
=4 - Francis Cummins 111
=4 - Ryan Hall 111
(Only these five players have passed the century of Regular Round tries with Leeds during the SL Era)

| Must admit that was from the official website. Perhaps with so many records being broken they're keeping an eye open for these sorts of things? In any event Hall's numbers (as shown by your lists above) are starting to become very impressive.
Slightly OT, but does anyone know how many points (and for whom) Sinfield has scored apart from for Leeds? According to the highly dodgy numbers I found via wiki, he's got something like 122 for GB and England? Certainly less than the number implied in the all-time scorers list earlier in this thread. I was trying to work out if he stands any chance of getting to 4k all up before he retires (assuming 2 more years for Leeds).

| At Wembley Warrington became the 4th club to reach a thousand points minimum in total - All Comps - when facing Leeds during the SL Era.
1 - St Helens, 1553 pts, 59 games, average 26.32 per game
2 - Bradford, 1436 pts, 60 games, average 23.93 per game
3 - Wigan, 1328 pts, 58 games, average 22.90 per game
4 - Warrington, 1000 pts, 44 games, average 22.73 per game
In the same game Lee Briers extended his record as the most prolific drop-goal kicker Leeds have faced during the SL Era. Briers has now kicked five in total when facing the Headingley men - to put that in context the next best is two by eight different players while a further twenty seven have a solitary success to their name.
Kevin Sinfield is Leeds' best having kicked 31 in total. His best figure by opponent is five - those coming in games V St Helens and Wigan.
Rob Burrow's try V Salford was his 150th in Leeds colours.
__________
Leeds need four points to bring up a thousand this season in All Comps. It will be the 8th time Leeds have reached four figures in the seventeen seasons of SL. Their best so far being the colossal 1,424 in 2005.
With thanks to =#0000BFA-Fire-Inside for the International totals - Kevin Sinfield requires 7 two pointers for a personal haul of 1,500.
For Leeds - 1,424
For Great Britain - 18
For England - 51
Total - 1,493

I don't use any other sources for my Leeds stats, they have been built on a game by game basis since the start of the 1979/80 season (inspired by the Headingley Stories volume 1 and 2) and continue, now contained in a multitude of spredsheets rather than a multitude of A4 notebooks although the notebooks still play a part on gameday. While my stats are unofficial I'd back their accuracy over the official website 99.99% of the time.
Quote ="Yorkshire Evening Post"It was a memorable night for half-back/hooker Rob Burrow, who scored his =#0000BF150th try for Rhinos in his 353rd appearance.'"
Quote ="Yorkshire Post" the irrepressible Rob Burrow grabbed his 150th try for the West Yorkshire club '"
I also agree with the YEP's figure of 353 appearances for Burrow in All Comps:
Played 263 + 90 (+ 1 NPS), Tries 150, Goals 149, Drop Goals 5, Points 903
__________
Edit: I've had a dig around on the official site and it appears this is the game www.therhinos.co.uk/rugby/110.ph ... ixid=76505 at Hull KR (25th April 200icon_cool.gif where they've cocked Burrow's try total up. They've given one of his two tries on the day to Scott Donald, consequently Donald's try total is also incorrect on the official site.
I guess this typifies the confusion: www.skysports.com/rugbyleague/ma ... 74,00.html where the try scorers in the header don't tally with the try scorers named in the report.
Here's an extract from the YEP's match report:
[iGritty defence and clinical finishing earned under-strength Leeds Rhinos a 36-22 win at Hull KR which lifted them six points clear at the top of engage Super League. Rovers dominated the first-half, but Leeds led 12-10 at the break =#0000BFthanks to tries by Brent Webb and the outstanding Rob Burrow, who dummied over seconds before the hooter. David Mills scored Hull's first-half try, Paul Cooke converting and booting two penalties. Leeds extended their lead soon after the break as Kylie Leuluai powered over =#0000BFand then Burrow snapped up a loose ball to race 40 metres for his second. That made it 24-10 but tries by Scott Murrell and Peter Fox, both converted by Cooke, cut the advantage to two. Rovers looked most likely winners, but Keith Senior got the Rhinos back on track with a superb try and then Matt Diskin scored from close range, all the tries being converted by Kevin Sinfield.[/i

The quality isn't brilliant but there is a video uploaded on to that popular sharing website under the catchy title: =#0000BFLeeds Rhinos v Hull KR another reason why the laughable KR fan wasted his time. The Burrow tries are at 6 and 20 seconds.

| The McGuire Leeds figures for App and Tries at Wiki are incorrect.
The Watkins Leeds figure for App at Wiki is inaccurate if it includes the Huddersfield game, if it doesn't include the Huddersfield game the try total is inaccurate. Either way it's incorrect.
The Hardaker Leeds figure at Wiki is accurate if it hasn't been updated for the Huddersfield game yet.

| I wasn't questioning your version tvoc - the YEP also had Burrow making 150 if he scored against Salford. Just seemed odd that the Leeds site picked up on Hall's record of consecutive tries but missed the 150. I think the evidence you provided would be sufficient to win a court case if required.....

| I don't have access to a definitive list but I think Leeds have had a total of =#0000BF27 players making 300 or more appearances (including substitute appearances) for the club:
Headingley Story Volume Two - =#0000BF17
(F Webster, J Brough, J Atkinson, R Batten, E Williams, A Smith, J Thompson, B L Jones, E Harris, J Holmes, S Hynes, S Satterthwaite, D Prosser, K Jubb, W Ward, L Dyl, P Cookson)
Combining the Headingley Story with my own records 1979/80 to 1995/96 - =#0000BF5
(R Dickinson, G Eccles, N Hague, S Pitchford, D Ward)
My own records 1979/80 to date - =#0000BF5
(D Heron, F Cummins, K Senior, K Sinfield, R Burrow)
__________
Three more could be joining the ranks this next season : McGuire (296), Jones-Buchanan (282), Bailey (276)

| With many thanks to =#0000BFA-Fire-Inside we have the following regarding Kevin Sinfield's overall points tally and where he places on the all-time list:
__________
Leeds captain KEVIN SINFIELD needs five points to draw level with Headingley legend Lewis Jones in eighth place in the list of all-time leading pointscorers.
Sinfield broke Jones' club record as leading pointscorer last season, and passed his club goalkicking record total in 2011.
Sinfield's last goal in England's win over France in the Final of the Autumn Internationals in November moved him ahead of Steve Quinn into ninth place.
ALL-TIME LEADING SCORERS
1 Neil Fox (Wakefield/Bradford/Hull KR/York/Bramley/Huddersfield, 1956-79) 6,220
=#0000BF2 Jim Sullivan (Wigan, 1921-46) 6,022
3 Gus Risman (Salford/Workington/Batley, 1929-54) 4,050
=#0000BF4 John Woods (Leigh/Warrington/Bradford/Rochdale, 1976-92) 3,985
5 Cyril Kellett (Hull KR/Featherstone, 1956-74) 3,686
=#0000BF6 Kel Coslett (St Helens/Rochdale, 1962-79) 3,545
7 Mick Nanyn (Swinton/Rochdale/Whitehaven/Widnes/Oldham/Leigh, 1999-2011) 3,514
=#0000BF8 Lewis Jones (Leeds, 1952-64) 3,445
9 Kevin Sinfield (Leeds, 1997-present) 3,440
=#0000BF10 Steve Quinn (York/Featherstone, 1970-8icon_cool.gif 3,438
__________
With a ten season average Leeds club return of 296 points (369 in 2012) + those waiting to be gained in a busy year of representative football could/should see him end 2013 in 5th spot.
Ultimately the all-time 3rd spot should be well within his reach.

| Looking back to the Hull game:
Carl Ablett made his 100th start in the SL Regular Rounds becoming the 22nd player to do so with Leeds.
Kallum Watkins made his 50th start in the SL Regular Rounds becoming the 41st player to do so with Leeds.
__________
Jamie Peacock's next appearance in a Leeds shirt will be his 200th for the club in all comps. He will become the 11th player to do so during his Headingley career and he will join Ali Lauitiiti in =10th on the SL Era club list.
Kevin Sinfield's next appearance will be his 350th in the SL Regular Rounds. One of the many Headingley SL Era lists he heads.
Danny McGuire will be making his 200th SL Regular Round start at Wheldon Road if he makes the run-on side on Sunday. He will be the 5th player to do so for Leeds.

Just out of interest, do you know how many games JP played for Bradford. Just wondering if he'll be remembered as a Leeds legend or a Bradford legend... or simple both?
