The playoffs are as Tony Smith mentioned on Friday, about which teams handle the pressure best. In that department we do have an advantage, but this year I think there is a lot more confidence from the likes of HKR, Hudds, Wigan, etc. that they can challenge anyone.
I see it as tougher to win this year, and if we don't then it may say more about how the cap is finally levelling up teams than that Leeds have underperformed.

Nobody has won 3 titles in a row, it would be an awesome achievement, and so the flip side is that not to win this year could hardly be called a disaster.

Leeds are streets ahead of anyone else in the competition and anyone who things otherwise is deluded.

Leeds would also win the NRL if they had the opportunity and my opinion is that the WCC should be changed and Leeds play the 2 SOO sides as warm ups before taking on Australia in the real WCC Final.

Saints looked red hot this time last year and look what happened. Last time Leeds topped the league we only just scraped through to win the GF - and then we were 10 points clear!

I don't think Leeds have anything sewn up, far from it. The margin of victory (in a home game too) against Saints last week suggests another encounter could go either way, if indeed both teams end up facing each other in the play-offs.

I'm quietly confident - but I'd only quantify it at about 55% to be honest.

However, if Leeds don't make it I hope all the cocky Leeds supporters on here are ready for the Saints fans to give them similar treatment about choking etc - some people deserve it the way they have been carrying on after Friday's game.
