We are bottom of the league



Is it just me who is mad as hell about it?

Why are we surprised?...most of us knew it might happen after the Wakefield game at home.

Would be a nice little double for Basil...coached Wigan & Cas to the foot of the table

Wakey did us a favour tonight, but given the improvement in Widnes in the last few weeks i can see them beating Warrington next week, especially if the Wolves rest some players again like they did the weekend before the Challenge Cup.

Can't see widnes beating wire. They may very well have improved but we played dire last night, completion rate, ball retention particularly awefull.

Most other teams would have been out of sight at half time. But we got the two points and hopefully just an off game for wakey.

I hope you don't finish bottom. As rival clubs I don't mind seeing cas do well so long as they don't beat wakey and/or finish above us

Its a sad state of affairs when we're having to rely on the bottom side not picking up any points in their last 2 games for us to avoid finishing bottom.

At least London & Widnes have finished on a positive with a sharp upturn in form and a few wins. We seem to have got worse and it seems gave up on the season around the time of the transfer deadline when some bright spark decided that because one of our better players over the last couple of seasons was moving to another club in 2013 we may as well let him go a few games early.

Would be interested to see our average attendance this year. Feels like it could be lower than the 2 years we spent in the National Leagues.

Seem to recall plenty of leigh fans saying he would do a good job this year and he failed miserably.

If you like him so much the good news is he will most probably be coming back to you as no sl club would touch him with a barge pole after we finally wise up and get rid and i doubt any upper half of the league championship teams would want him either as he isn't going to get a job over the likes of kear, aston, harrison and powell.

Millward is not a good Super League coach, he got lucky in that he was at St Helens at the right time. He nearly destroyed Wigan from the inside with shocking man management and tactics, I really hope he doesn't do the same to you. Cas is one of my favourite grounds to visit and if I had to pick a Yorkshire side to dislike least, it'd be you.

Here here...lets hope the delusion ends soon and we get shut.

Still if he is here next year the pro-Millward brigade can get to watch him coach the best out alky Tansey, a Saints reject coming home, an Aussie winger who has been crocked for the best part of 2 years and a 35 year old ex-GB international...that should get the season tickets moving.
