I am coming to the match today and have always parked in the ground - but don't fancy being boxed in again. where are good places to park the car - preferably town side of the ground?

You'll get away reasonably well from Carlton Lanes which is at the bottom of WR, a five min walk tothe ground. If you arrive early enough there should also be somewhere to park behind the Garden House pub. First left off Wheldon Road.
