| Full page interview in today's League Express.
Nice to see that he has enjoyed his rugby more recently and is thinking again about his decision to hang up his boots and may well play on again next season.
Do it Jim, if you still have it in you, you are still an asset to the team and I'm sure the fans would like to see more of you running in hard.

| He has proved a lot of us and me included wrong with his performances this season, especially the last 6 to 8 weeks he has been fantastic.
Thanks Jim and keep it going you play way above your size and I like any player that has guts and determination to match his ability with effort and you do.

| I was unsure that it was the right signing when it was made but now I know it was, just think what we would have been like without him.
Next year will see a big turn round of players in the forwards regardless of where we are.
I can see Frank, Dave Larder, Paul Smith and possibly Jim not being here.
If he stays on for another year that would be good apart from what he does on the field there's a lot of experience there for him to pass onto the younger guys.

| Gannon had a huge game last week for me and is certainly the most consistent of your hard hitters IMHO when you consider that the likes of Watene and Aizue sometimes concentrate too much on going for the eye-catching hits rather than getting through the unseen hard work.

| Top bloke off the field and he's been a real stalwart for the clubs he's represented, but got thrown around like a rag doll in the final yesterday, and should call it a day at the end of the season. Not a criticism of the guy - I've a lot of respect for anyone who has played the game for so long in such a tough position - but time catches up with everyone. Same goes for Watene.

True that, fans like the 'big hitters' but like Said Tamghart they sometimes miss and leave the gap, I prefer the grafters as that is a forwards job.

Alternatively, you could just have a superman like Hilly who tackles like a Demon and then sidesteps like a half back!
[size=85It's going to be a long, long time until we find another like him![/size

Yes Matt and Jim will be on the field for at least 60 mins were Maka will be around 30 and Frank might manage 10 with 25 energy drinks and a oxygen tent at half time

| I'd rather he do a Wrench, pack it in while he's going well, rather than keep going and going as he feels upto it but might not be able to deliver,
Have to know when to give it up, hate to say it, but look at Holroyd this year....

| i wasnt too chuffed when we re signed jim, but to be fair over the last month or so, since Nobby came in hes performed well. punchin well above his weight, and to be fair to him, he hasnt been a penalty machine like he was at widnes and in the past.
if he carries this onto the playoffs, then why not give him another years.
