Sky have been wrong in the past with what they put down. But there was never 1,837 there, 837 was the correct figure. If it was 1,837 that means Halifax took 1,000 fans because we clearly had half the crowd, and let's be right, we didn't

That's what it says on the RFL site but I reckon 837 was probably right, the main standing stand looked practically empty.

god knows how they get 1837, the half a stand was empty apart form a few dozen of us, the rest were mainly fax fans. Id say 837 was more accurate & a pretty poor crowd imo

837 would be about right, there was the main bulk of batley fans on the terracing at the bottom of the hill next to the stand, a few in the older seated stand and about a dozen or so kids in the newer seated stand, The covered terrace was practically empty in the first half when the fax fans were at the bottom end.

i have noticed this a few times with sky getting the figures wrong and strangely enough it seems to be when fax are on
