Probably one of the worst of the neo-cons, whose party managed to turn a surplus into the mother & father of all deficits by prosecuting unwinable wars. And he's lecturing Europe?

In fairness it wasn't only the wars that turned Clinton's surplus into Bush's large deficits, it was also all the tax cuts for the rich that Bush brought in and lost tax revenue.

But of course Bolton would probably argue that tax cuts increase tax revenue so yeah it must have been the war.
