Just wondering if your new signings contract became null and voild becuase of the company collapse or are they still coming?
Will any of your squad from this season be playing for you in 2010?

The whined up order of the old holding company has made all contracts null and void. Meaning all the squad are now free agents. The NRL signings are now also free agents, very much doubt they will be coming to Gateshead now.

Nope, his contract was terminated along with all the others. He ain't signed up for the 2010 season but not sure where he is off to now.

Not really. We have signed around 12/14 players back from last season. So we will have a very competitive season next year. I doubt we will win but with the squad we have I reckon we should reach the play off's are maybe just miss them.
The set up that is now here is prob the best we have had since the club started. Its very doubtful we will become the "whipping boys" that everyone is reckoning.

I was really sorry to hear about Gateshead's problems. After all that work put into staying in Championship for your major investor to spit his dummy out was really rough on the fans IMO. I'm glad that so many of your former players have opted to sign again and that support appears to be forthcoming from the local area (if the RL press is to be believed!).
I really hope that Gateshead can start afresh but this time on a really stable footing, and get itself back up in the Championship for the 2011 season.
