I can see how Leeds are guilty but how come Hunslet and fev who clearly have players on dual reg but not on dual reg innocent. It stands out a mile this just allows a club to have more dual reg players and play them outside the restriction - why not just have 17 dual reg players on the pitch - why bother having your own team just call yourselves leeds 2 based in feverstone?
