Danny,
You can only be bewildered by Schofield if you are one of that rare breed who takes him seriously/bothers to read his tosh.
I think you and he are both incorrect on your prediction.
What may raise a smile will be the success (or not ) of his son with his coaching,as unlike his father he has not been acknowledged as a fine player who was a success at Hull FC,Leeds and for GB.( You may need to read the thoughts of chairman Garry on his coaching appointments criteria - though it is as changeable as the weather.)
Garry Schofield did want English coaches but then decided on Wayne Bennett for the national job.( I think Webster will have to do well at Wakefield looking at the number of English head coaches in Super League for 2015.)
Anyway, his son has been appointed coach for Dewsbury reserves [url=http://www.dewsburyreporter.co.uk/sport/dewsbury-rams/schofield-appointed-coach-of-new-rams-reserve-side-1-7000200Story[/url - We'll have to wait and see if he lasts longer and is better than his father despite his lack of playing experience at the highest level.
