Leigh fans don't give us much cheer though, they have started a poll on whos going to win the league - of course they will but not one of them think we will.

Also on the site it says we have replaced Salford/ Catalans in the SL under19 comp?

Nobody thought we'd win it last year - or get to the Final the year before. Or win the Challenge Cup in 1998.

How much criticism did we get last year for playing Halifax at t'Lane on a Sunday? Just playing for the big crowd, they said. Not expecting to win, they said. The extra three days rest will guarantee Leigh victory, they said. Well, guess what. We won at Leigh last year and did the same this year.

I've got used to being underestimated and I quite like it.

Having had a look for myself, in fairness, the poll is for who'll top the table.

I'd have thought Fev and Halifax - maybe Leigh - have more strength in depth and are better bets than us for the pre-season tournament.

Yep, Sheffield have replaced Salford. Featherstone have replaced Catalan
