I'll be there, looking forward to it, hoping we can continue our good run of results against the Bulldogs. We go 2nd if we win on Thursday, that should be enough incentive to put Friday's result behind us and crack on with the league.

Only go second if we win by enough. We haven't lost in the league to Batley since NFP days. The run's got to end sometime but not on Thursday, I think. But I reckon we'll not win by a huge amount.

Personally, I think people underestimate the difficulties of defending uphill. It's very tiring making those little shuttle runs.

Wouldn't be at all surprised if Batley sneak this one. As usual it depends which Eagles team turn up. If it is the one that played so well in the 1st half against Fax then we should win but if the 2nd half team turn up......
