How do you know that if you don't know where we'll be playing? Or have you just checked on France in general? Don't suppose the travel club will be running a coach? Lol.

Looked into that when we went to the England game last year. It's not cheap even with advance fares, and you lose about 12 hours.

They're paying for 50 or 60 flights so you'd have thought they'd had more sense. Or maybe not.

It's mine on the 9th. Was going to treat myself with this trip but I might not even be able to do that now. Great, that's two matches I can't get to this season. Still I might as well get them all out of the way in one season I suppose. If I manage to go another 15 years without missing a game I'll be a pensioner by then.

I really fail to see the point to this tournament. Surely the RFL are going to spend more money than they make on this. Stobart didn't pay anything to sponsor Super League so I can't imagine a one-off set of matches generating much in the way of sponsorship.

How many Eddoe Stobart vans hve you seen with the SuperLeague logo? I've seen 1. How that is spreading the word I have no idea. The only beneficiary that I can see is Eddie Stobart.

There's no next round, the winner of the Fev game is crowned European champions, the rest are pointless. I presume they'll do an aggregate score of all four games or something.

Yes, this does seem a pointless competition - Are the RFL thinking of it as a minor trial run before expanding the World Club Challenge?

BTW - I still haven't seen any Stobart SL Lorries yet - went up to York via M18 & A1 - they obviously don't like those roads, lol.
