It makes no odds really - we can't become complacent because we need to get as high up the table as possible.

On the other hand, 6th has beaten 3rd in the last two seasons .....

If finishing sixth means we face Batley but finishing fifth means we face Widnes, I'd much rather finish sixth. As it happens I think we'll finish fourth, behind Fev, Leigh and Widnes and in front of Batley and Halifax.

Come on lets have some confidence in the team - in the top three!
A real shame if Barrow lose out to fax - and wasn't it great to see them go out in the last few seconds of the cup - wonder if theres any salary cap issues there last season????

I have confidence but we have to play Barrow, Leigh, Batley and Fev twice still this season!

Leigh will be fired up this weekend and we have a short turn around against Fev whilst they have a week to re-charge the batteries.

I think we will get top six and have every ounce of faith in this team but Fax have turned their season around and are playing well. It's not going to be a cake walk. I hope for 4th but think 5th with Batley in 4th, Widnes, Leigh and Fev making up the top three...

We'll beat Batley and Barrow, can't see us getting anything this weekend and can only see one win at best against Fev.

Why am I not surprised to hear that?

It is "rumoured" that Raiders either exceeded the salary cap by just in excess of 10% {SC is £300k or 40% of income whichever is the smaller}. or have messed up over players in the community.

The decision has not been made yet as to the severity of the excess or the "possible" points deduction as rumour has various figures of between 10 and 3 points. The problem lies, allegedly, according to rumour, around players contracted to community work and when they were registered with the RFL.

Everyone is in the dark here as the BOD are saying nothing which is actually par for the course for Raiders Directors and especially Des Johnson.
