Having had all the way home to mull on this, I could easily sit here and launch into an enormous rant, but I can't if I'm honest.
Yes, our performance today was totally unacceptable for a side supposedly chasing a top two finish, but there are some days you must hold your hands up and say you were totally outplayed by a better team. Today is one of those days.
It's clear that confidence amongst the squad is low. We had a brilliant second half of 2009 and great Northern Rail campaign, you don't instantly turn into a crap team overnight. The injuries don't help but you should have faith in the rest of your squad to cover that.
Lets hope that the first game at Bramall Lane and the atmosphere boosts the players as we now need results to avoid losing touch with the leaders.
Full credit to Barrow, easily the best team we have played in many years. I guess that's where having a sugar daddy gets you. How they stay ne'er the salary cap is beyond me.
All I've got to say is I'm glad Keighley started the season with a 9 point deduction and Dewsbury are even more rubbish than us, or we'd be in trouble.
