| Quote ="Dico"How do you define produced?
Although I think the answer you're looking for is zero.
But as usual, your cataracts are blinding you from what was actually said.
I never claimed Warrington did, the other fella claimed Hull KR had..well, where are they, note he said plural.
You need to give this vendetta up, you're getting owned by me far too regularly this week.'"
You started it with this
Quote Dico , Unlike Hull Kr with their recent dispensations on Lovegrove and Gene
=#FF0000Kr are as much of a joke as Crusaders.
Try getting a ground where the away fans dont have to visit amsterdam to watch a game'"
Yes my Leigh colleague was wrong as far as HKR are concerned , but the pan calling the kettle black springs to mind , so who was the last GB player produced by the Wire ? , the last one from Leigh was Mickey Higham I'd guess the last one from HKR was John Wilkin , both of these players produced from clubs outside SL
So who was it and what excuse can you give us for the apparent lack of them in recent years , even you friends down the road have performed better than you in this respect with Myler

| You're having a giraffe claiming Higham
In which case we're claiming Sculthorpe and Harris. Although did Paul Wood have a bench spot one year about 05? I cant remember if it was GB or England, one of the two
The point still stands, we haven't had 12 overseas players, had to apply to the RFL for dispensations, our ground actually provides somewhere for away fans to watch a game and so what if we didnt produce them, we still provide a platform for a lot of English players to play league at the highest level. We then haven't topped it off by deriding another club for doing the exact same thing

You mean the Mickey Higham that came through our academy and won MOM in our 2000 GF loss
So you still cant tell us who it was , I'll ask on your site , I'm sure a real Warrington fan will know

| Saints made him the player he was, without them he'd be a complete nobody playing for Leigh.
I can't think of any warrington wolves PRODUCED player in the last 5 years or so thats gone on to play for Britain.
Don't try and claim it's Coley either, as he is I suppose warrington born.

No , they took him from Leigh , by produced it means coming through a junior club system and playing for that 1 st team , somebody has suggested Paul Wood , although I wasn't sure if it GB or England

| I said Paul Wood. Think it was England though when it was really GB A.
Anyway this has gone well off topic.
The point still stands, KR cant really throw stones when they've done the same

| Back on topic .......... there were about 10 away fans at Wigan last night. Compare that with Widnes or Leigh who would bring 1500-2000 fans. Expansion is a wonderful idea, but can clubs afford to miss out on vital income year on year.

| You got about 14,000. Not really losing money there are you.
Great effort, if clubs cant get their own fans through the door they shouldnt be in Super League, you obviously can, so dont moan

So just to confirm it , according to the Warrington Board , Paul Wood did not get a full GB cap , so the last GB international produced by Warrington is the now retired Estyn Harris and before him , the now retired Paul Sculthorpe , what a wonderful contribution from one of our supposed top clubs
I'll leave it there

| I never said otherwise, I don't see how this is relavant.
We have produced some decent players, don't forget how good Nigel Vagana went on to become after we picked him up off a field in New Zealand, Kohe Love's another imo international quality player.
It's completely irrelavant. Who claimed Warrington had produced them?
Night night starbug, lights out soon in the home

Castleford, Salford, Hudds and Catalans were responsible for the 4 lowest gates at the DW Stadium last year.....it's got less to do with expansion and more to do with how each club market each game. IIRC, Heinz block booked a stand for the Quins Game...giving you your 3rd highest gate of the season. For people to blame Celtic/London/French fans for attendances is just stupid. The Home team have a responsibility to try and fill their ground....it is not the responsibility of the visiting club.

Warrington are to applauded for their crowd today. Just shy of 12k....the only game last year to attract more fans was Saints....again disproving the original tw@s theory that expansionist teams cost clubs money. I bet the few Londoners that made the journey enjoyed Jedwood more than they did the game

Windes and Leigh - If we still have P&R neither of these would be in Super League.
Last season it would have been Salford and this year Barrow.

| Quote ="Pete_Zatoppin"Of how well the Crusaders are supported.
Fairly easy to get 10,500 along to your first home match when you factor in offers on tickets, first home game for new club, Super League champions visiting, freebie tickets (oh sorry...apparently there were NO freebie tickets given out to anyone according to 'Traffic' although I know of several Scarlets RU squad players who would disagree with you
)
The real acid test of how much support Crusaders have will be when we see how many supporters they attract to their away games.
When Celtic crusaders have played at the KC stadium in the past you could easily fit their away fans in a phone box.'"

| Ignore this idiot. The test is what your average gate will be at the end of the season. An 8000 crowd this weekend and big gates against SAints, wire, and Wigan and you'll be past halfway there. RL needs success at all levels. what we don't need is idiots dumbing the game down.

I am confident widnes can win the grand final this year.If we get into superleague, i am confident our fan base will over double, with ste o connor splashing out on top players. Hopefully we will be in with the crusaders.Another derby with wire, saints and wigan.
