I eat in a subsised dining hall but this is what is known as perk of the job. I wouldn't get that benefit in just any restaurant.
Your ability to borrow to money is the same.
The thing about perks is that even if they are, theoretically free, the employer generally needs to pay less to his employees in wages as a result.

You really are an idiot. How many times do you have to be told? the match was played over 150 miles away at a totally different venue from the other "home" matches. Few of the normal home supporters went down. How many of your lot would bother to watch a match played in say Norfolk or somewhere similar?

Theres no need for that , as explaned to your more intelligent crus fans , this crowd showed the real hard core fan base, about the same as when cas played at yours, because most cas supporters boycotted the game because of billy liar. If you have a problem understanding that, then ask someone a little wiser.
Bloody kids eh

Wel.....maybe not 'over backwards'......
1) Did Celtic Crusaders WIN promotion to SUPER LEAGUE, no, you were placed there (before ex World Champions Widnes) because the club is located in Wales.
2) Celtic go bust, the RFL let's it re-locate to Wrexham( well a new club get's created really) and allowed to stay in Super League.
3) Crusaders are in the $hit now, maybe too many 'free tickets/offers' handed out, instead of paying speccies.
The club knew what 'debts they had inherited' (i assume they have a book keeper/acountant) but carried on regardless in spending money they didn't really have, but then again you are not alone in all that.
The RFL will do 'all they can' to assist you, they think it will work eventually, I guess mainly in producing quality Welsh rugby players, admittedly that will take time. If it's not sustainable, then it's only a matter of time before RL in Wales fails again, BUT Crusaders are in the best league to make a success of it.
My team Leigh Centurions will be stuck in the championship FOREVER, or maybe till 2048 when the RFL have explored every possible avenue that is nowhere near the M62
p.s.
I don't want you to fail, I just want promotion/relegation back - to me that is a proper sport.

As for Blackpool you cant run a club if there is no one willing to run it.
They had no backers so no team. As for the comment on the Blackpool board about the lost for the town. They havent played in Blackpool for a few seasons now.
The club has been heading for this since the first time they left Blackpool 20 years ago.

| Then you're clearly a) stupid or b) being tendentious.
Every Super League club in SL for the period 2009-11 period is there for the same reason as Crusaders: they submitted a winning licence application.

Once again you show how stupid you are. A match played at a location over 150 miles away from your own home will not show what your core support is. It shows how many people are willing to travel a long distance. It is further than most away fixtures and there are not many teams out there that take over 1000 to an away match of that distance. I ask again, how many do you think you would muster if you played a "home" match somewhere remote and distant like that?

Yep that's right, the club clearly didn't perform as expected and yet something happened at the end of the season and they remained in the same League as a result of an RFL decision, sound familiar?

Your Club
Our team
Our team didn't perform as well as expected and we were relegated
So not similar at all , if we had moved to Luton and changed 90 % of our staff , then maybe a bit closer
So how did you avoid relegation ?

So your team signed the players up not the club?
Both victim to bad decisions by the owners unfortunately (our previous ones I may add) I seem to remember someone recounting a conversation with their accountant when they mentioned they were going to financially support a club and was subsequently asked about their state of mind but they still did it, I guess they could only see success coming out of it at the time but then it's easy in hindsight isn't it?
Granted the old administration made massive mistakes and quite clearly run up a large amount of debt but given my experiences this year have been better on all fronts I think we may (and I stress may) come out of this much stronger and wiser.
I never said we were facing relegation we were facing something much more serious, but for the intervention of Wrexham Village and the RFL I would not be watching RL this year in Wales (was thinking about Quins being the next closest )
Yes Crusaders were rushed into SL before they were ready, I cannot see anyone denying this.
Simple question would you rather have seen Crusaders go bust or find another backer in Wrexham?

I have always said that when you think you have ' made it ' that is the day you ' lose it ' , unfortunatley people dont always follow their own advice
In actual fact part of the reason for getting involved was to stop somebody else getting total control
I'm glad that some are finally seeing sense then , it was plain for all to see
I dont want to see any RL club dissapear , we have precious few as it is

It's been going on quite a while now and we still know very little about how much debt there is (Is £3 million accurate?), who ran it up (Is only £1 million of it "historic debt"icon_wink.gif or who it is owed to (Were HMRC paid or not?).
It is, therefore, rather hard to say whether Crusaders really are better run.

| All questions that we don't know the answers to, barring what little information there is it would only be an assumption but I think it's largely (but not wholly) Bridgend based on:
CCJ's seem to be Bridgend based
Rental agreement is based on the Brewery field
The players involved in the pensions payments appear in the main to be the 6 who were deported
Not sure on tax but if it's Wrexham what tax would be liable on a full cap for one year? (and I don't think we were up to the cap)

And once again you get all insulting, grow up and take a chill pill.
Cas would get a lot more than 1122 if they played on the moon,
You have a hard core of around 1200 and should have been left to develop into a club that was ready for superleague.
The mess you are in is down to the RFL pushing too hard, which will end up in the club folding, If you had been left alone , with some success in the championship, then your fan base would have grown and the club would not be in debt through chasing the RFL's dream.
Then when you were ready, get you in superleague and it would have all been so different.
Good luck sonny, and dont forget.................... chill , theyre not all out to get you
