I am actually torn between watching the game and the NAC v Twente game on ESPN that will decide the Dutch football championship. Seriously.

Taking advantage of Walters' absence to post here again:
* Disappointing results not too surprising considering the number of youth players we have had to field. Gigot and Vaccari show real promise, as does the option to swing Pelo into the centres for pace.
* We would have done better had Walters rotated the squad last year and given the kids a chance. Every game Perry played was a game we could have played Vaccari/Bartheau et al.
This is a game I would have watched, but RL has dropped to bottom of the pile in my priorities what with the arrival of mini-belgiangoth, so I'm going to a petting zoo instead. I'm sad to hear the die-hard fans getting dis-disillusioned, though I guess I haven't suffered through the last few matches.
Frankly, anything other than a abysmal display will have me calling for LF to replace Walters. Bell out the door at the same time please.
I think the big question we have to ask is why we have not found another French forward to fill in at the front, another Guisset or Ferriol would be nice, but another Gossard should be within the realms of the possible.
Oh, and big fan of Bosc, but has making him captain worked at all for him? I'd say go with Mounis or Bently.
