How do you put any case across well when the panel have already made up their minds.

If you don't think that certain clubs get treated differently to others then look at the case of Warrington & Leeds. Bailey got two warning letters for the same offence this season and then appeared for a third time and was found guilty but only fined because they had an injury crisis!!!

Westwood is continually kneeling on the backs of opponents legs but he always gets of with cautions and as for Morley well he is now a national treasure isn't he?

All Catalans need is some parity with the English clubs, it could be worse we could be a French club in the Championship...

I feel my point above has been proved at the disciplinary tonight, McGoldrick from Castleford got 1 game and a fine for the same offence as Keith Senior last week (kicking out). The only difference is the clubs they play for and the lottery of the panel...

The day I start to believe referees or the disciplinary panel are actually biased is the day I stop watching the game. I don't believe they are, but there's a separate issue regarding transparency where the NRL far outstrips the RFL.

He's obviously paid sod all notice to them and did it again, rightly getting banned in the process. Keith Senior (to the best of my knowledge) has no previous form for this offence and a pretty good disciplinary record over the length of his career. I take your point but if that is the case then surely Bailey from Leeds should have been banned for committing an offence identical to the ones he had received 2 warning letters about this season. To quote the panel after giving Bailey only a £300 fine; "The panel have carefully considered the incident and viewed the DVD and feel that this was a poor technique which had the potential for serious injury.
