I think signing Walker and having a three-quarter line with three overseas players in it is a tacit admission that Raguin and Baile aren't genuine centres (shocking revelation, I know) and better suited to a role in the back row.
If so, there probably isn't another club with as many back rowers as we've got. And Carlaw will have to play at prop for the bulk of the season rather than his preferred position on the wing.

i feel we,ve mised speed off of the mark over he past couple of seasons , Raguin, Baile , even Mogg and Bell don,t have that , Walker does. I hope he enjoys his footy and lifestyle here, inturn we,ll get the best out of him .

This is true, and you can add Ricky's trademark complaint about centres with decent footwork (e.g. Gleeson) running rings round our converted forwards in the centres.
