| The likelihood is we will be in the bottom 4, so what do we do now? We are losing players to injury again and are now short on wingers and centres which could be absolutely crucial in the eights.
Much as I would like to slam Warrington, I don,t think Salford will win their last two games and overtake us. So the options are(1) Play our best team against Warrington and try to make sure we don,t finish in the bottom 2(and maybe FC) and risk more potential injuries to key players at the worst possible time, or(2) Rest key players and make sure they are fit when we really need them, in the survival play offs.
My opinion(for what it,s worth) is rest key personnel. I would rest McGuire,Lunt, Masoe, Mulhearn, VaiVai,Quinlan, we also need a goalkicker, so even an argument for Tickle.
Lose two or three of these and we are in trouble, bearing in mind how many are already missing.
These eights are going to be tough and we need to be tough, focused and clinical, and must go out to beat the other three SL teams.
No more MPG(or worse) please..do what,s necessary, to hell with the rest.

| We have to play our full side strength against Hull. I suspect Sheens will want to build momentum into the 8s. So resting will be unlikely imo

Not for me, we can play who we like. It seems every time we play the enemy we get injuries, even in pre-season"friendlies", which never are.
We had players out of position again because of injuries and could have lost to a team that hasn,t won for 13/14 games.
It,s cost us all season, that,s why we are where we are.
For me, although I would love to beat them,it,s not worth the risk. In the grand scheme of things, this game is almost certainly unimportant. The middle eights dictate SL survival for our club.

| You play your strongest team now we’ve got momentum for the first time in about 4 years players can get injured anytime you could rest them now and they could get injured in the first game of the 8s and we still have a slim chance of eighth

| Letting Moss go looks a mistake now. If Wallis and Oakes are our wings for the 8s then they will be targeted .Shaw and Carney look unlikely to play and Dagger who could cover doesn't seem in Sheens plans?Oakes in particular has done well when called on but looked shaky yesterday?A quality centre would have been a better signng than T Carney for me? Is there still time to draft anyone in?

In hindsight it would have been better to keep him but he was so far down the pecking order at the time it seemed the right decision to let him go Dagger can cover on the wing

| I gave up banging on about moss,a hat trick against the old enemy after waiting for his chance, a try against wakey after coming on 15 mins from the end,and his only other appearance was the home thrashing by castleford when he was top metre maker. Not good enough for a wonderful team like we are, well done tim.

| When we signed Vai Vai we looked very healthy in the backs but Heff and Minns gone for who knows how long? Shaw and Carney unlikely to see much if any of remaining games.Salter getting a knock means the cover is getting bare.Moss would have been a good option to have. Suppose we will go with Blair and Tomkins as makeshift backs and the youngsters but it's far from ideal

| You have a guaranteed 8 points with those home games so one win on the road and you'll be safe. salford and widnes are gash and will both finish below rovers in the middle 8's.

| Looks like we will have a lot of players missing v Warrington but we have to go for the win. We still have a mathematical chance of top 8 and a mathematical chance of bottom 2 so although we won't risk injured players we can't rest anyone.
A week later the picture will be much clearer. Catalans will be safe and Salford unable to catch us if as expected the Dragons have beaten Salford in Perpignan.
If we go into the derby with nothing to play for in terms of league position then yes I think we should rest Lunt, McGuire, Masoe, Mulhern etc.
We have seen how important our key players are and much as I would like a win over Hull I would rather we give ourselves the best chance in the qualifiers.

League position won't be sorted until the final weekend. It us vital we finish 9th at the lowest. Firstly, to keep momentum and second, to avoid being the first SL club to play Toronto away wgen no doubt all the 50/50 decisions will go in favour of the home side. No thanks, that is one team I'd rather play at home. Same with Leeds.

Surely if he was as good as you make out then either 1 of the remaining S.L teams would have offered him a contract, or the top 4 in the Championship for that matter. He was fast and could finish decently but that is about it talent wise. i could have scored the 3 tries at Newcastle they were on a plate.
Think you need to take the blinkers off now and again.

I was surprised Cas didn't give him a chance before signing QLT? As for saying anyone could have scored those tries Salter and Blair have since proved otherwise.Carney also is too musclebound to do a lot of the diving finishes required nowadays. It was another Dixon situation imo and tbe buck stops with the Coach. You couldnt put him in above Quinlan at FB but he would be a shoe in for a wing spot now. If we'd have seen him in the team this last few game whilst we have been going forward well I'm certain we would have seen some great tries from him Good player imo but gone so it is what it is but for me I feel he wasn't given enough chance

| Kieron moss caught the eye at full back for Bradford and wasn't given a long stretch of games due to quinlan being there ,moved to the wing and did ok in the championship , is he good enough for superleague? another 3inches taller and a stone or so op top and he may have been, a bit too lightweight for sheens liking I think ,still a decent player who may have found his level now

| We get a weekend off after the Hull game so why would you rest players when they will be getting a fortnight off anyways. Get them playing, keep the momentum going as much as you can before the split. On a side note, a promoted team that finishes 10th or even 9th should really be rewarded with staying in the league. Not have to go through another set of fixtures to justify their placement. The last two seasons in a row the team that has finished bottom has not gone on to be relegated.

We need to be signing you if you could have scored the 3 tries against hull, considering our injury situation in the backs.Never mind me taking the blinkers off,you get your boots on.
