Just seen it again the player was falling as he came in nothing he could do! But the clowns at red hall always seem to be after blood when injuies sideline players, they dont seem to understand the principle of an accidental contact, they won't be happy untill we are playing touch.

firstly he will be cleared for Wembley which imo is the most important as would hate him to miss that,but imo thats 2 serious injuries hes caused by going for a big hit, maybe its just timing but he cant keep accidently breaking jaws, I like green hes a good young prop but hes gotta be carefull imo how he goes from now on,

The Travis Burns one was a bad one I think but Green has just been unfortunate here. Ormsby slips into this and Green has his arm wrapped round.

I think he was gunning for Burns, and from what I have heard he was less than supportive of our younger players and probably deserved what he got. As for Saturdays incident, total accident imo.

There's an angle from the other side which makes the incident look far more damming than the other two shown during the game suggest. He's most obviously been charged as a result of the outcome to Ormsby and part of me thinks from the furore that followed the Burns incident. Ironically TV saved him that time, having showed the initial contact with the chest. Whilst this time certain pictures in the simplest form show 'reckless contact' to the head.

You'd like to think he has a good defence when you view the whole incident and most can see it's simply an unfortunate accident. However, I kind of feel - he's already dammed/charged from the disciplinary.

Seems accidental to me, but you can't ignore that Ormsby suffered a broken jaw due to contact with Greens shoulder. A few years ago I doubt that this would warrant a second glance, however player welfare has (rightly) become such a big thing lately and I also believe you can't ignore the 'duty of care' that should be expected from players. If you're going to go for a big hit and it goes wrong, even if the contact is accidental, then you have to expect repercussions.

Fortunately Green will be available for the final as it would be tragic if he were to miss out. Sadly for Ormsby, had we won on Saturday he wouldn't be afforded the same privilege, nor is he likely to be available if by some miracle we make it to Old Trafford.

Found not guilty. Correct call imo. Hope Ormsby recovers quickly but this was just an accident.

Massive boost for Rovers. After his display on Saturday I bet Leigh fans hoped he'd be missing. Don't think we picked up any injuries on Saturday so bar Campese & Allgood we'll have a near fully fit squad.
Allgood isn't to far off playing again as I understand, Along with Walker he was stand out in the forwards till his injury and it will be like having a new forward.

Was obviously an unfortunate accident. Green was excellent on Saturday, hope his form continues!
