Where's the honeymoon factor that most other clubs have on appointing a new coach?

After 3 - or was it more - tries being run in from more than 50 yards today, from a team that has only won away at relegated teams this season, it pains me to say that I don't see how this coach has any respect from the current playing staff.

Hudge has appointed Chester in haste and my honest opinion is that he will live to regret it.

It was painful to see how slow a back line we have. Once a break happened, there was no one quick enough to catch up.

NO matter how good a coach is or how bad he is if certain players do not want to play for you or be at rovers you can not do any thing more, and I beat you I started watching in 1960 so I have seen worse and the good times

The lack of desire was woeful!! I am not sure if we lacked the speed to stop the breakaways, just think the players couldn't be bothered!

Burns has been rubbish for the last 3 games and I don't think it was the effort that couldn't stop the breaks it was the total lack of speed

He wasn't appointed in haste...the Gang of Three actually planned it...together with their latest attempts at Rugby League Manager seeing us with wingers and second rowers coming out of our ears but no halves or hookers to pass them the ball...

Slowest three quarter line I can ever remember at rovers 2 centres on the wing and a 2nd rower in the centre, thought we matched them in the middle and they easily outstripped us on the outside. There was a time I'd be gutted Hally was leaving but genuinely not bothered now where's his pace gone??

Well besides Hull-based derbies that's the end personally. Might sting a bit at first but twenty years is enough support, and a hobby that costs should be enjoyable - Rovers hasn't been an enjoyable experience for many years.

There has been much worse times in the last 20 years. Get a grip!
