I can't think of any referees I've particularly liked.

Robin Whitfield will always be my number one most disliked. Even my Mum didn't like him.

without refs we would not have our wonderful game so for that we should be thankful at least, the decisions average out over the season. just seems bad when the calls go against your side.

but if we could get rid of the likes of Ganson, Childs and Thailer then maybe some new younge refs would get a chance.
now hollywood has gone we have 7 refs for 7 games .. lets see if he sticks to his word and promotes/relegates good/bad performances .

think we need to adopt the 2 refs a game it works in australia it will probably happen here in 10 years time, i think there is 7 officials on the pitch/pitchside then a video ref when its on tv, that 2 touch judges, 2 in goal, 1 doing the interchanges and a sub ref and the ref himself struggling to keep up with play when we could have the 2 sharing the work.
