Bad times, really feel for them we know what it's like to think you're not going to have a club to follow anymore.

I think it must be even worse for them given the move to Barton which looked like it could be the catalyst to bring back the glory days of the sixties.

I don't know where I stand on this. As they helped out Bradford as much as they did i think they will have to help out Salford as if not i think it would cause a lot of trouble within the RFL. I also think there has to be a point though where the RFL stop helping out teams as much as they have done.
Either way its a sad state of affairs when any club whether it be SL or C1 find themselves in this kind of trouble

I know it is a sad time for the reds but what were they thinking moving to a new stadium why did they expect to double their crowds, some one did not get their sums right I for one hope they dont go bust we do not need it

They did help Bradford by paying wages but used money already due to the bulls in sky monies for 2012 and just paid it early.

Bradford get no sky money next year at all as part of their sl agreement.

I wish Salford all the best and would think the 650,000 sky money the bulls would have had would have been better put into a central fund to help struggling clubs in future.

The amateurs running the professional game should get the same money as the rugby union sky package instead of giving away the sponsorship rights to Stobart

Maybe Adam Pearson could sort out rugby league. I seem to remember him mentioning something about it when he first purchased Hull FC.

Did you forget that the RFL also bought your stadium for an inflated sum?........................you must have!!!!

And the Bulls have the lowest rent in super league .
