Mmm u might be regretting saying all that when we play u week as yesterday

Wigan were average by their standards and still put 40 pts on us.That's played 15 won 5 lost 10,we cant keep saying its going to change because defence wins matches and beside's the salford game our defence doesn't seem to improve.Justin talks a good game when he is on sky pitty he cant coach one.Bet Hull were quaking in their boots watching that.

the sliding defence has been caught out in just about every game this season....

Thought the effort shown right to the final whistle was encouraging.

Try right on half time was a killer.

The defensive structure in the first half was appaling- I noticed Lovegrove in this sense is very poor. That said, his effort cannot be faulted i.e. the chase for richards 3rd try.

We needed to score when we had pressure early in the second half after we earnt the field position, errors like Wheeldon passing to Hodgson and him then dropping it just cannot be afforded if you are going to win at Wigan.

Real difference was (before they ran away with it) how clinical Wigan were.

Looking past the harsh scoreline there were some positives to take out of the game (as Morgan would say in true cliche fashion

As did the zoomed-in replay at HT. His left hand left the ball but the fingertips of his right hand were in contact all the time.

Not entirely convinced that Thaler actually saw that, mind, as the 'normal' replay from head on looked like he'd bounced it.

At last someone else can see it,i thought i was on my own,not enough experience to turn it around.Get us a coach who can give us a defence,scoring points will come off the back of it.

If being in the game until half time is good enough then hey ho we were great,me personally i would like to see us win more often not just compete.

Wigan were defensively excellent. They did make a few handling errors, but we couldnt capitalise as we then went and made a handling error in the set immediately afterwards for example. I agree that in the first half players were all over the place, which is a bit odd considering for the first 15 mins of the second half our defense was really controlling them. We do miss way too many tackles however. Hull probably werent quaking in their boots but lets face it neither of us are all that great, all comes down to 80 mins of rugby both teams will fancy themselves.

Morgan has been a fantastic coach, but you rarely get an entirely linear trajectory. This season has been a bit disappointing so far, but Morgan can play the Mason card here, which was nothing to do with him but which has put a spoke through the first half of the season.

No I didn't bb was just glad we didn't get nilled to be honest our season is over and we need to take a look at what players we need to keep and let go
