We didn't give a fig when first Huddersfield then Warrington then Leeds then St Helens were all drawn at home.

That'll do, we'll take any of them away we thought as we waited for their opponents to be drawn.

But alas those 'gimmes' past us by and we knew then we would have to face one of the Rugby League's Big 3 of Hull Salford and Widnes.

Close one, hopefully we can find some form between now and then. Win against Bradford is important and another full 80 mins for the half back pairing. If we can cut the basic errors out and remember how to defend between now and the tie, I think we'll find ourselves in the next round. If not then let's look forward to 2012!

That was the attendance figure quoted in the Sporting Life site results page.

Even if we do somehow beat Salford, I can't see us going past the quarter finals unless there are some very big shocks in two weeks time.

Thing is, if we somehow scrape through, there is a 10 week gap until the next round (how mental is that?). That's ample time for Rovers to find a bit of form - remember last season, we were garbage April-June and turned it round with a lot of graft. By the time the QF's are played we may have sorted the defence out.
