He is only 21 years old too but our player at the moment.

Barlow is a very good player and has the ability to be top prop BUT his off field activities potentailly make him a potential liability.

maybe he has matured but the fact he has not being picked up suggests SL clubs are wary of him.

So, he's not a liability but has the potential to be a potential liability.
Worth the risk I'd say. He's got to go through two steps in order to reach liability status.
