Apparently Hull KR have been fined by Companies House for not submitting their accounts on time. It goes from bad to worse.

Accounts will have been due 6 months ago for 2008. Rovers will have earned a fine five months ago and it has been growing until reaching its maximum now.

If only Mrs B. had warned you this would happen.

It doesn't really mean much though does it? Just that the accounts team at Rovers are really slow/crap? I could be alot more cynical when offering reasons for it, but that'll probably result in a ban

Means nothing, I got fined once for being late and they OWED me money.

With regards to the fine for the late filing of accounts, apparently the reason behind the delay is due to waiting on HMRC to confirm tax position on investments by individuals and various image rights, without this information the club are unable to file the accounts.

Seriously now - are these issues that relate specifically to HKR? If not, why have other clubs been able to file? Sorry, but if I'm wondering it'll eventually occur to a troll...
